By accessing or using Krow services, including Krow, Krow Music, Krow Modmail, and related services (collectively "Krow"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must discontinue the use of our services immediately.
2. Services Provided
Krow offers a variety of Discord bot services, including but not limited to:
- Krow Main Bot: $15 one-time payment.
- Krow Music Bot: $5 one-time payment.
- Krow Modmail Bot: $5 one-time payment.
- Server Building Services: Custom pricing.
- Other related services: As described on our website.
A free version of the main Krow bot will be available soon.
3. User Obligations
You agree to use Krow services responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws. You must not misuse our services, including but not limited to:
- Unauthorized access or use of our services.
- Engaging in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our services.
- Using our services for illegal activities or activities harmful to others.
4. Payments and Refunds
All payments for Krow services are one-time. We do not offer refunds for any payments made, except where required by law.
5. Changes to Services
Krow reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via our website or through direct communication.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and data on the Krow website and services are owned by Krow or its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
7. Privacy Policy
Your use of Krow services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms of Service.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Krow services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Krow shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
