What Social Pro reads
When a server administrator configures a public Instagram or TikTok username, Krow uses a contracted data provider to check publicly accessible posts and their public metrics. This can include the account username, post identifier and URL, publish time, thumbnail, views, likes, comments, and shares.
What Krow does not request
Krow does not ask for or store the social account’s password, private messages, private posts, follower identity, or private profile data. Social Pro must not be used to monitor private accounts or bypass access controls.
Why and how long
Post identifiers are retained to prevent duplicate alerts. Delivery metrics are retained for weekly server reports and operational trend analysis. Raw provider responses are not intentionally retained by Krow beyond what is needed to deliver the feature; aggregate delivery records may be retained for up to 90 days.
Providers and rights
Public data is retrieved through Apify actors and remains subject to the originating platform’s rights and terms. Krow is not affiliated with or endorsed by Instagram, Meta, TikTok, or ByteDance. Server administrators are responsible for configuring lawful uses. To request removal of a configured feed or related retained data, contact support@krow.rip with the Discord server ID and username.
