Refund Policy

Effective August 16, 2026

Lifetime purchases

You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. We normally approve it when the paid features materially fail to work and support cannot correct the issue. Refunds may be declined where a license was substantially used, transferred, abused, or purchased fraudulently.

Social Pro subscriptions

You can cancel at any time; access continues through the paid billing period. Recurring charges are generally non-refundable after a billing period begins, but duplicate charges, billing errors, and material service failures are reviewed fairly. A cancellation stops future renewal and does not normally refund elapsed time.

How to request one

Email support@krow.rip within the applicable period with your billing email, Discord server ID, purchase date, and reason. Do not send card details. Approved refunds return to the original payment method; bank processing time is outside Krow’s control.

Chargebacks

Please contact support first so we can investigate quickly. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in suspension, but raising a good-faith dispute does not waive any rights you have under applicable law.
