Click the "Add to Discord" button on our homepage or use the invite link from your purchase confirmation or dashboard.
The bot isn't responding. What should I do?
First, check the Status page to see if there's an outage. Make sure Krow has the right permissions in your server. If it's still unresponsive, try kicking and re-inviting the bot, or reach out via our Discord.
Can I get a refund or modify my purchase?

How do I set up the dashboard for my server?
Log in to krow.rip with your Discord account, then navigate to the Dashboard. Select your server and you'll be able to configure all bot modules and settings.
What's included in the free version?
The free version includes basic moderation, welcome messages, auto-role assignment, and a limited set of commands. Premium plans unlock custom hosting, advanced features, and priority support.
