How do I add Krow to my server?
Use Add to Discord on this site. You will review permissions on Discord’s invite screen before it joins. No payment is required to invite it.
What is free, and what does Lifetime unlock?
Krow is free. Hundreds of commands work with no trial or expiry, including moderation, tickets, giveaways, welcome, leveling, economy, Last.fm, YouTube, and Twitch alerts. Krow Lifetime is $24.99 once per server for advanced anti-nuke, raid defence, and music playback. Social Pro and Jarvis are optional monthly add-ons.
Krow is not responding. What should I do?
Check the status page. Confirm Krow can see the channel and has the permissions that feature needs. The prefix is
- unless you changed it with -prefix. If it is still silent, kick and re-invite it, then ask in Discord.How do I open the dashboard?
How do refunds work?
Lifetime purchases can be refunded within 14 days when the paid features fail and support cannot fix them. Social Pro can be cancelled any time; the current month is usually not refunded. Full detail is on the refund policy. Email support@krow.rip with your billing email and server ID.
